If you had to pick one in S.F. - Teatro Zinzanni or The Lion King?

We will be in San Francisco the week of 2/14/04 to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had decided to splurge on Teatro ZinZanni but then found out that tickets are available for The Lion King which will be playing at the Orpheum. If you had to choose one, which would you choose?

Thanks

roxanne

Lion King. I would go for the polish of this production. It just seems more exciting that the longish Teatro Zinzanni.

Go for Lion King...The music may not be memorable, but the production and experience is something I will not never forget. Animals walking down the aisles, birds flying overhead, grass rising from the stage...ah yes...must see it again when it comes to Boston.

I'd choose Alegria, Cirque du Soleil, don't remember how long they run it, just opened. Also the Ballet should be on in February. And pre- or post-performance dinner.

Thank you all so much for taking the time to give good advice. I recently came across 2 tickets in the $60 range so both might be possible. Thanks again.
