there has been a huge refinery explosion in Staten Island and there is a fire. The smoke is about a mile high into the air, being seen from all over NY and NJ.
Take care, if you can smell the smoke, stay indoors!

CNN is saying it happened during re-fueling.
They also said that Oil Futures went UP at dollar when the news story broke.
