I need your help San Francisco locals!!

I've a trip planned next month for my husband and I to San Francisco. We'll be staying at the Hyatt Regency, Embarcadero Center. I purchased tickets to see the Cirque Du Soleil "Totem" at the AT&T Park. I thought it would be fun to take the light rail, which we could board right outside of the hotel. Accordingly to Googlemaps' directions, we would exit at King St. & 2nd St., and would walk for abut 6 mins. to the park. However, I don't know where the Cirque venue is on the property. Is this doable or should we just take a cab?

After the show, we will need a taxi for a dinner reservation. Will there be cabs available near there that we can just hail without having to call?

Thanks for your help -

It's hard to miss AT&T as the ballpark as it is right next to the N streetcar stop and I doubt you will have trouble locating Cirque as it will be inside the stadium. There should be cab outside the ballpark afterwards.

Cirque won't actually be in the stadium -- it's staged a little south of there in their traveling Grand Chapiteau (Big Top). They started setting up yesterday. The physical address is 74 Mission Rock St. (south end of Parking Lot A, off Third St.). The nearest Muni stop to the entrance would be Mission Rock Station.

We did this with our daughter at Xmas time about 8 or 9 years ago using lite rail/muni. As bluestar pointed out, the tent will be in the parking lot. Using lightrail was easy and cabs will probably be handy or easy to get on third street.

You won't have difficulty finding the tent. I am directionally challenged, and I found it........

If it's nice out, you can walk - I do it all the time (I work next door to the Hyatt Regency, and I go to AT&T regularly for baseball).
