What is your budget per night? There are lots of options in DC.
Lee Ann
my budget will be 500 to 600 $ for one month, please let me know if i find in this budget..mostly i will out..
That is not reasonable or even close to reasonable.
so tell me what is the reasonable please so i will increase my budget.. thanks
I have not idea. Look at VRBO and see what monthly rentals are going for. I would say probably $2000
Use of capital letters makes it easier for us to read your post, and in that way you will get more responses. We want to help you, but you need to help us.
If you are looking to rent an apartment for a month, look at VRBO. I will tell you, though, that a renter with a year's lease pays $1500-2000/month for a one bedroom unfurnished apartment in a safe, Metro-convenient location, so do not be surprised to see prices of $3000/month and up for the same apartment as a furnished holiday rental.
The Americana Hotel in Arlington has some extended stay apartments you can check. http://www.americanahotel.com/washington-dc-extended-stay-hotels.htm
Lee Ann
Extended Stay America also has some properties in the DC area -but even they will run $80-$90 a night so well over $2,000 a month.
Maybe tell us more - are you there for work or school? Maybe the employer or school can help you with accommodations.
Thanks. i will come there for my vacations with my family.
Are you staying for the whole month in Washington DC for your vacation? Or are you going to other places too? Not that it doesn't happen, but a month in one city is not a typical vacation.
By any chance are you visiting relatives in Washington?
But honestly $20 a night/$600 a month won't get accommodations for a family anywhere in the US. Not even in hostels.
This is not a reasonable amount. I hope you are visiting relatives. Otherwise, I would recommend you consider 1-2 other locations to visit during your trip.
Vjpblovesitaly, please check your grammar. You should have said, "I have no idea."
off corse i will visit different places to, but mostly i will be in dc,, budget is no issue i can increase....but i need some thing confirm before come there...
So do you want a hotel?
If you are going to other places it may not make sense to rent an apartment for a month in DC and then have to also pay for a hotel in the other places you will be visiting. Perhaps if you are just leaving for one or two weekends. But if you are leaving for any lenght of time - or distance - it probably makes more sense to either get a hotel or just rent an apartment for the week (?) you will be in DC. (I love DC, but honestly I really think a week is enough to spend there and see major and some secondary sights).
>>budget is no issue i can increase<<
That is huge leap from $600, to budget is no issue. Are you OK spending $2,500.00-$3,500.00 or more?
well yes why not, but still i am searching if i find any cheap but good option..
suewoo, thanks for asking, yes i am still searching
VRBO is your best option, or else you are looking at extended-stay residence hotels that business people often use, like Marriott Residence Inns, but those will run you around $200 per day.
