Has anyone used this reservation service? Its rates are so much lower than any other site's, it makes me nervous! I was checking it for a room in Grand Rapids, MI for a convention, and their rate is much lower than the "special" convention rate.

Special "convnetion rates" often are not low at all - they know they have people coming for the meeting and charge the highest price they can get away with.
Have never used that service - I would just make sur eyou read all the fine print - since it may be one with no refunds under any circumstances.
