Hotel Phillips vs. Hilton President in Kansas City?

Hotel Phillips vs. Hilton President in Kansas City?
Have a 4 night business meeting in September and can stay at either of these two hotels. Any experiences with them? Looking mostly for the most value for the money in terms of comfort and quiet.

They are both nice. Hotel Phillips is a boutique property in a good location. The Hilton President is a newer hotel with an even better location as it's in the Power & Light District. They are both housed in historic buildings which are solidly built, so noise should be minimal.
