I believe Courtyard Hotel is on the route. Residence Inn is next to Courtyard and so is Marriott.

All the units (comics, fancies, brigades) march north on Broad Street from South Philadelphia to City Hall where Broad intersects with Market Street -- the center of Center City. In addition to the Courtyard and the Residence Inn, there's a Doubletree, a Park Hyatt (which we still call the Bellevue) and a Ritz Carlton -- all on Broad Street. Just off the parade route is another Marriott at about 12th and Market. And a Westin near 17th and Chestnut. Broad Street is variously called Route 611 or the Avenue of the Arts on some of these hotel websites. It's actually 14th Street. But if you say Broad Street, everyone will know what you mean.

Other hotels you could look at:

Warwick Hotel on 17th, near Walnut.
Holiday Inn at 13th and Walnut.
Loew's Hotel on Market St, behind City Hall.

Four Seasons and Rittenhouse Hotel are also expensive options.
