Have stayed at both and they are both fine. We liked the location of the Bayside, but the street parking was a pain sometimes. Go with the lower price if you're watching the budget.
Being that you've stayed in both I'm going to have to ask some questions - How would you compare the rooms - does the Bayside have a place to sit beside the bed? My concern with the Seashore is the noise issue - did you find this a problem? The Bayside looks nicer but am leaning toward Seashore because of its proxijmity to main st shops. Are there any places very close to Bayside to coffee, takeout food, ect. Thanks for your help.
