Honoring of Disabled Person Parking Placard

A friend of mine broke her leg and has a California Temporary Disabled Person Parking Placard. She is going to Arizona for vacation and isn't sure if she needs to get an Arizona placard for that week or if Arizona honors other states handicapped placards. Anyone know for Arizona or any other state?

The placard may be honored in all states for parking at handicapped spaces.

Some states allow cars with handicapped cards to park free at meters.....but not all states honor this policy.
