We want to stay near the Jack Danielle's Distillery and can't decide between the two places below. We will be driving at night and would prefer to be on a major road than on a small dark road.

I see from your other threads that you're visiting Nashville as well - are you sure you want to change hotels to visit Jack Daniels? It's an easy day trip, about an hour and a half drive from downtown Nashville. Neither Shelbyville or Tullahoma have much of interest to most visitors (unless you're into horses).
If you're set on one of these two places, neither looks like they're in the middle of nowhere - I think you'd be fine with whichever place gets the better TripAdvisor reviews.
