Hi,
We are in Albuquerque until Saturday and are looking for hikes around the area that can compare to Tent Rocks! Our boys ages 10, 11 & 12 loved Tent Rocks and want to do something like that again today. We decided not to go to Acoma Pueblo and are looking for fun things to do. We have been to Santa Fe, Bandelier, tram, Tent Rocks..and are hoping the balloon fiesta activities are still on tonight but want to do something in the meantime.. Ideas?!
Thanks!

There isn't anything like Tent Rocks. Jemez Falls is pretty nice though and there are some good hikes in that area.
Not exactly Tent Rocks, but we enjoyed the light hike at the Petroglyph National Monument this summer.
I do't remember how long would be the drive but a day or half day to El Malpais could be interestîng with EL ventana arch and some hikes there.
We'd made it while exploring the region 15 years ago and remembered as quite interesting...
