Hertz - adding but not publishing more AnyDay reward locations/dates?

I tried to use 2500 Hertz GoldPoints for a one week standard reward for Denver in August but was told Denver rentals now require double points (AnyDay Rewards). I looked at their AnyDay rewards list of dates (think blackout dates) that require double points but Denver/August is not a combination listed. Did a quick search on google and found a similar conversation on FlyerTalk.

I'm sure it says somewhere in their Terms and Conditions that they can add / change their reward program but certainly doesn't seem to be good for business to basically double the point requirements unbeknownst to people!

Their list of locations/dates that require the double points is pretty exhaustive and the Hertz person I spoke with said oh they just haven't updated the list on-line. So I guess we are just supposed to guess!
