Has anyone tried the new Sam Choy's Restaurant in Kona?

I just read a blog about the new Sam Choy's restaurant
http://www.outrigger.com/explore/hawaiian-islands/view-from-here-blog/2011/Sept/sam-choys-opens-in-kona-on-hawaii-island

But it does not discuss the quality of the food. Anyone been there? Or have you read a review anywhere? I gather Konaweb has not reviewed it either.
