Gulf Vacation Easter Mississippi

Have a deal on a condo in Pass Christian...Heard very mixed reviews...some say GREAT..others says it stinks...What's your opinion? I have to fly from Michigan with 6 adults and 3 small kids for a family vacation. Please be honest! Is the ocean there swimmable? The beach nice? Sun at Easter?
