Glacier National Park-lodging near airport

Hi all,
We are in our early planning stages of our family trip to GNP (2014) and we are looking for suggestions for the last days. We will spend 7-9 days at lodging in the park (probably Apgar Village Inn, Swiftcurrent, a day in Waterton (where to stay TBD). For our last 2 days in the area we want to reward "granny" (my 67 year old mom and grandmother to our 3 kids who will be 9,12 and 15). While WE all love staying in cabins she tends to enjoy places with a few more "creature comforts". Can anyone suggest a place near Kalispel that would accommodate all 6 of us (can be hotel with several rooms, or rental home, or "luxuryish" cabin. We would like it to still have a nice view or at least be in a peaceful setting and it NEEDS to have a comfortable bed and i(f it had a hot tub that would be a bonus). Thanks for any ideas you might have in keeping grandma happy!

My DW and I loved our condo room at the Meadow Lake Resort in Columbia Falls. It had a nice hot tub in the room. http://www.meadowlake.com/
It is much nicer than anything you will find closer to the airport.

If you want a great hotel in Kalispell, stay at the Hampton Inn. I just re-read the review I wrote about this hotel on Trip Advisor and was reminded about how much we liked it. I described the room as "large, clean and comfortable" and mentioned the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was fabulous and the rustic lobby decor was very appealing. The complimentary breakfast was good and there's complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. What's not to like?

Effectively, Hampton Inn is comfortable, but I would not put it on the luxurious property.
No view, on a highway, even if its "retired" from road...
Nice for a night while arriving from a long flight because a lot of room and quiet, or for a basis for excursion but no to stay whole day...
It's our adress while arriving from France but days after for exploring and hiking some easy hikes before driving to Glacier we preferr real resort or more cosy adress with view, gaeden,...
