Getting to Downtown Chicago from Elk Grove Village
I will be at the Motivaltional Show in Chicago next week and still do not have a room! I have been on Priceline for the last 2 weeks and have bid up to $120 w/no luck.
There are rooms in Elk Grove, which appaears to be about 30 miles away from downtown.
Am I able to take the train from Elk Grove to downtown? Your help is appreciated!

You can take the train from nearby Elk Grove but check near O'Hare first. At least you gould take the El in and it's not as long. Also check other areas of the city, there is a Days Inn in Lincoln Park and in Lakeview that would be just fine and alot closer than Elk Grove.
