Gaige House Inn Recommendation

Gaige House Inn has 2 "off-site" cottages on their web site. I called the Inn and they told me that these are "not Gaige House properties, and reflect the owner's style/quality", that they simply book for them.

Both are located over the owner's studio. Although they look very, very nice on the web site, this makes me a bit nervous, as it is the Gaige House that has the great reputation.

Has anyone stayed in either of these cottages? If we decide instead to stay at the Inn, any room recommendations? I know some people have made note of noise in some of the rooms.
