From Miami to San Francisco
Hi... I wanted to ask for some questions... Sry for my bad english!
I'm going to US in September till November... and my plan is to drive from Miami to San Francisco trough Colorado and then back to Miami trough LA...
Wanted to ask about great places, cities where is something worth to see, where is the best places in Nature to see (woods, mountains, desserts, sunsets), maybe some criminal places where better to not go in, places where we can stay at night under stars not in hotels without problems etc...
Maybe someone have experience on these roads and can tell me something more!
Big Thanks!

You need to browse through travel guides to find out what there is to see. Be careful about crossing mountains and accessing national parks in the West. Some may be closed to car traffic after the first snow fall.

Sounds like a wonderful trip!
I've done the drive between LA and Florida a number of times.
Not sure if you want to stick to main routes?
On the way from LA to Miami, the main route would be Interstate Highway 10. Cities that I like to stop on that route are Tucson (Arizona), Las Cruces (New Mexico), San Antonio (Texas), New Orleans (Louisiana), and some of the smaller Gulf beach towns near Pensacola (Florida).
Or if you want to see the Grand Canyon, you could take I40 from LA, and then drop down to Phoenix and I10. (In November the rim of the Grand Canyon can be quite cold due to the elevation.)
If I had never been to those parts of the States before, for a main route, I would do LA -> Grand Canyon -> Phoenix and then the rest on I10.
