You can try this one:

Kiawah is not close to the airport in North Charleston. If you are staying at the Sanctuary they probably have a shuttle.

Rent a car, you'll need it anyway + it will likely be cheaper.

I agree that you will enjoy having a car on Kiawah, and that you might save money by renting a car.

CHS airport is about 35 miles from The Sanctuary Hotel. Taxi service is available at the taxi dispatch stand right outside of baggage claim. Realistically, the fare will be about $90 including tip for two people. There is a $12 per person charge each extra passenger in the taxi beyond the first two passengers.

The Sanctuary does not have a regularly scheduled shuttle serving CHS airport; however, the Kiawah Island Golf Resort and The Sanctuary Hotel will arrange transportation upon request. You can phone the resort at (843)768-2121

Another vote for renting a car. If you're set against it, consider Compass Transportation that suewoo mentioned. We used them at Thanksgiving to pick up my mil and my older daughter whose plane was very late in arriving. Jason tracked the flight and kept me up-to-date via text messages.

With tip it probably cost us right at $100 for two people. BUT we didn't have to drive into the airport at night and "waste" our vacation waiting for delayed flights;-)
