Hi! I am flying to Bulgaria in June and since there are no direct flights, I can at least pretty much pick the airline. I am flying economy and since the flight will be 10 hours + I want to make sure that the airline has good personal entertainment system. Any other tips and recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I have a one stop rule. And I like to have my one stop in Europe, such as Frankfurt or Amsterdam. Too many stops lead to more things that can go wrong.
go to seatguru.com
Lufthansa, Bulgaria air will be better options for you
Do you have an iPad you can load with some videos and books?
Dukey1, although I have used seatguru religiously in the past, just yesterday it failed me! Gave me a seat configuration that was totally incorrect.
