Flying L Guest Ranch in Texas -- anyone stayed there?

Hi -- we're considering a vacation there. Anyone have a review of the place?

I haven't been there yet, but possibly planning it in October. My brother-in-law is in charge of the entertainment there, and he's a real hoot, so it should be a fun place, if nothing else.

We've stayed at Twin Elm before and enjoyed it. Very laid back working ranch atmosphere. Please report back if you find more info on Flying L.

Good luck in your search.

thanks, statia. Flying L certainly looks nice on the website and brochure. Just wondering about a review from someone who has been there...

Yes, i have been here and stayed and it was wonderful to say the least! The lodging was great! I loved the hayrides, horse rides and the cookouts...it was really nice. They have a nice pool too. Very very enjoyable.
