Fishing Resorts Southern Wisconsin

Exposing 80 year old parents to the beautiful lakes of WI, but do not want to be more than 3 hrs. from Milwaukee airport AND hoping for some charm and small town feel.
Want to rent a cabin with a boat, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Any ideas of where to look?
