Fine Dining in Seven Springs, PA

I'm planning a business trip to Seven Springs, PA in October 09 and am trying to find a fine dining location suitable for entertaining a small group of clients. I'd prefer to find a location away from the Seven Springs Resort as most of the conference activities will be centered in the resort. I'll have a car so I'll be able to travel 10 - 15 miles for the right place.

Any suggestions?
