Fine Dining in Duluth

My husband and I will be in Duluth for 2 nights next month. I have found many helpful posts here about Duluth with ideas on what to see and where to eat.

I am wondering if any new fine dining restaurants have opened over the past year that you would recommend.

I will definitely take advice from previous postings but am just wondering if anything new has opened up!

We are staying at the Cotton Mansion by the way.
