We will be in Boston over the Thanksgiving day holiday weekend and are looking for a really nice place to stay, preferably in or near Back Bay. We have a 5 year old so a hotel with a pool would be nice but not critial. TIA

Trip Ideas
Marriott at Copley Place or at the Long Wharf- both have good pools for kids. Others may have better suggestions; but I have stayed at both; I prefer the Long Wharf location.
I would also vote for the Marriott Copley Place, or the Westin which is next door and always seems to run higher in prive.
"Really nice place" to me = Four Seasons, The Taj, Mandarin Oriental
I like the Westin because it has a pool and is attached to the Copley mall... a bonus in late November when the weather can be awful as you can walk through the mall to the T.
A high floor room with a view of the Charles is nice too and the Westin has a good room service menu for kids (my daughter is a pasta fiend).
Definitely the Westin Copley Place.
I like the way yk thinks..Taj, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental!
Love the Taj and the suites are nice and had meetings at the 4S..
I didn't know they had a MO in Boston..good to know for future business trips.
Westin Copley is another good alternative and have seen some good deals on expedia.
ksucat, the MO opened earlier this year. It's attached to the Prudential complex so you can shop all you want without going outside.
