family hotel in Williamsburg, VA
We're heading down to Williamsburg with another family in mid-December. We'll have 4 kids between us, ages 2 through 6.
We need suggestions for reasonably priced hotels (preferably about $100/night). We want close to CW and would love a suite and an indoor pool.
I went to W&M so am pretty familiar with the area, but obviously never had much need for lodging! I looked through some of the old posts but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for!
Thanks!

I'd go with the Homewood Suites on Bypass Rd. That'll put you 5-7 minutes drive from either the Visitors Center or Merchant Square. I know they have an indoor pool and I'm pretty sure you can make that price point. Call though for as you probably know December is popular time to visit CW and rates vary for that reason.
The more obvious choice (suite, pool, close to CW) is CW's Woodlands Hotel and Suites but you're almost certainly not going to get a suite for that price in December.

There is a Holiday In that's an older property on Richmond Road. I'd be kind of surprised if they had suites, but maybe so. There is also a HI Express which has suites. Both place have indoor pools.

There was a Holiday Inn (HI Express? HI Select?) on Capitol Landing Rd that I think had a pool and a few years ago also had free shuttle to various locations in Wbg.
It's not suites, but the Sleep Inn on Bypass Rd is reasonably priced, and is a newer property. It has a pool, free breakfast, and sits behind a Golden Corral (Buffet restaurant). No Sleep Inn is a converted property .. they are all newly built when they become a Sleep Inn.
If you stay on Bypass Rd, get into the CW visitor center the easy way. Go east on Rt US60 and go past Rt 132 where signs direct you to turn right. Instead, turn right about 500 ft further, into Woodlands Hotel and Cascades Rest. signs are posted. Make first left directly to the CW vistor center parking.
