Here is a report by the Arizona Dept. of Transportation with detour map shown. Actually Hwy 89 not 89A that was damaged.

You are welcome, some time news from northern Arizona does not get much publicity as we do not have a local TV station anymore and it was only reported on the Phoenix channels this week.
