A few years ago we stayed at the Flat Iron Flats.
http://www.eureka-net.com/flatiron/ They are right in the middle of everything. If you're looking for something on the lake, I'd highly recommend the Winterwood Lakeside Cottages. http://www.estc.net/featured/winterwood/
Hope this helps.
We've stayed at All Seasons Inn on our last two visits to Eureka Springs (July 2003 and June 2004). The inn is a renovated early 20th century Methodist church including the former Sunday school annex and the church sanctuary. The rooms and suites are creatively decorated and very comfortable. The hostess, Pat Fitzsimmons, is very gracious. She goes out of her way to make sure that you do not miss out on any current happenings in ES. Her dining recommendations were always spot-on accurate. The inn is at 156 Spring Street, a very desirable location. You can stroll around the nice neighborhood. There are a host of very nice antique shops close by. You can walk down Spring Street to the best part of the downtown shopping district. You can drive, via a little-known side street less than 0.5 mile from the inn, a shortcut to the beautiful Crescent Hotel which affords a great panoramic view of ES. The inn is in a wonderful location. Many of the horse-drawn carriage tours come by this part of Spring Street, but there is not a lot of auto or pedestrian traffic. It is apparently far enough from the touristy downtown area that most visitors do not happen by there. For us, the location was outstanding.
The free and convenient on-site parking is a plus and is unusual among a lot of the B&Bs in ES.
The inn's website is as follows: www.allseasonsinn.net
I hope you enjoy ES as much as we have on our visits there over the years.
