Epcot Food and Wine Festival: anybody been? any not to be missed food?

We are going in a couple of weeks, will be in the park on a Friday. I used recommendations from Fodor friends on our last visit and had some really good food to sample. I have printed out the participating booths and their offerings, but looking for your recommendations.
