Dupont at the Circle Inn Washington, D.C

WE stayed here several years ago. I have tried to contact them now to rebook, but the phone numbers aren't working. Does anyone know if they are still in business?

The Dupont at the Circle was recently reviewed on TA. Is THAT the place you are talking about? There is also a Dupont Circle Hotel.

Further to Dukey's post, from TripAdvisor:

"Most of the reviews here are for The Dupont Circle Hotel (a Doyle Hotel) and not for the lovely B&B that was Dupont at The Circle. The B&B website no longer operates and internet search for the street address above shows that the owners Anexora and Alan Skvirsky (who made us very welcome) have sold the property and it is now apartments. I was hoping to go back and it's a sad loss. I wish them health and happiness in whatever they are doing."

thank you all for your response. It was the B&B run by the Skvirsky's. We were hoping to go back. It was a lovely place from where we explored Washington at a reunion with friends from different places in the world. We had a great time visiting in the parlour. Sorry it is gone.

We stayed there some years ago, too. I tired to look up current rates some time in the last year or so in order to recommend it here, and that's when I realized it was no longer in business. What a great location! The apartments must be grand.

Since this B&B appears to be out of business, look at the Woodley Park Guest House. You will not be disappointed. It is just one Metro stop from Dupont Circle.
