Driving from Vancouver, BC to Douglas, Wyoming - reasonable drive?

I have the opportunity to spend 5 days in Douglas, Wyoming on a work/vacation trip with friends and colleagues. I was wondering if it is a reasonable drive as I thought it might be neat to drive there and then take my time to drive home and see some interesting states. Is this an idea? Do-able? Driving time?

Thanks for any help!

It is about 2,000 miles from Vancouver BC to Douglas WY driving the most direct route--over 4,000 miles round trip. There is much beautiful country between the two cities, but this is a lot of driving.

It's 2000 km, not miles.

It's approx. 1290 miles or 2050 km from Vancouver BC to Douglas, WY. If you go directly there, you will be on Interstate roads. You are looking at least 19 hours of just driving. You could easily make it there on the third day.

On the way back you could stop at Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, maybe even Glacier National Parks.

I made the drive from Laramie (WY) to Seattle a few years ago with a friend. I thought the whole route was spectacular. We stayed at a Forest Service lookout tower in NW Montana, which was a cool (and inexensive) addition to the trip. Any routes from Douglas to Yellowstone are beautiful, though the 100 miles from Casper to Shoshone is not all that scenic by most people's standards.

Thanks, Gardyloo, for catching that flub.

In any events, its a long drive with many scenic possibilities
including via Kelowna and Waterton-Glacier International Peace
Park, which would be about 1,500 miles.
