Dressing for a nice restaurant in Alaska...

I know Alaska is known for being very casual. However...we are thinking of dining at the Seven Glaciers Restaurant at the Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, a 4-diamond restaurant. Am assuming it may be less dressy than some other places in the lower 48, but would appreciate some advice on just how casual or dressy is the norm there?

FYI - DH is claiming jeans anywhere in Alaska - I am thinking khaki slacks and a nice sweater is minimum. Stop us before I make a bet I'll regret.. :-d
