Disney World 30% saving on room in summer

Visiting Orlando in July 2016

Walt Disney World is currently offering '30% off on selected rooms from June 12 to August 25, 2016'

My question is, how long do you think this offer will remain valid? Does these offer come every summer?

I would like to book a Budget resort at disney world like Pop/sport/music

Your thoughts pls

Disney discounts every year during slack periods, but those may change from year to year. And the resorts do fill up, so when rooms are gone, so are the discounts. These are always offered on a limited basis. Mousesavers may give you some guidance there.

@asimm The site says "Book through June 10th."
(look under "Where to Stay" and "Special offers"
You will aslo be given all options when you try a particular resort with your dates~
I booked the Polynesian on the first day the Awaken Summer offer came out and it, unfortunately, is only discounted 15% off the rack rates.
The Grand Floridian is discounted 30%; Contemporary 20%; Animal Kingdom Lodge - standard view rooms are 30% off, savannah views are 15%.
Values are 20%
I would book as soon as possible if you know you want to travel within those summer dates. Selection is decreasing every day.

Of course there are discounts. It's so hot and humid that it's difficult to be outside during the day.

But just because the offer extends to June doesn't mean there will still be rooms at your preferred resort or at the time you want to go.

Mousesavers is a web site that focuses on Disney deals and ways to save when visiting.

Disney has about THIRTY-TWO different pricing "seasons." How do I know this? Because I asked the WDW reservations people and that was their answer.

Oops. Just noticed the OP is interested in Disney's value resorts.

Again, the offer you specifically asked about must be booked by June 10th.

For the offer '30% off on selected rooms from June 12 to August 25, 2016', the Value resorts are only 20% off.

Although this particular time period is "Value season" for the Deluxe resorts, it is one of the priciest seasons for the Value resorts.
I'd compare prices for various resorts!

Thanks

I contacted the Disney planners and i was informed that if i book now, i only have to pay USD200/- as booking confirmaiton and if i cancel the booking 'Completely' 31 days before my dates then nothing would be charged and the USD200/- would be refunded back

Also, i find that the Disney world tickets are cheaper by about USD20/ per ticket for a 5Day ticket at Offical ticketer and Undercover

My questions is are these reliable ? and should i buy from Disney website or these other websites offering cheaper disney tickets

The Official Ticket Center and AAA are the only legitimate ticket brokers that I know of for WDW passes. I would not trust any other.

Undercover Tourist is 100% reliable, in my experience. You can do a search online and find very positive reviews- even on the official Disney Mom's Panel. They sell you actual WDW tickets.

Yes, with WDW vacation packages, you only have to pay a $200 deposit (regardless of the cost of the package). Total balance is due 30 (31?) days before arrival (used to be 45 days before arrival).
However, a vacation package = room + tickets. So, you will not need/be able to purchase your tickets separately.

If you want to save a bit and buy through UT, then you'd need to book your room "room only" and that requires a deposit of one night's rate (which might be more than $200) and can be cancelled up to 5 or 6 days before check-in, with no penalty.
The summer savings are for both room only and packages. Good luck.
