Dining in temecula

We are going hot air ballooning next weekend in temecula ca. The hot air ballon is Monday morning but we are getting there Sunday. Where should we eat dinner on Sunday night? I know nothing about temecula. Can anyone recommend some reasonably priced places to have dinner as well as perhaps some fun things to do Sunday afternoon? Thanks
