Developing 35mm Film in San Francisco
Good news and bad news ... We recently found twenty six rolls of film that were taken on a Central American .... about five years ago. Obviously they are at least three years past their expiration date.
The developer/printer that DH used for years and was totally satisfied with, is now out of business.
Because the rolls were exposed so long ago, he wants to take them
to someone who pays special attention and care to the process.
He is considering Adolph Gasser, but we have had problems with them in the past.
He may take one or two rolls for a test development.
Who is your favorite developer in San Francisco and who would you advise us to avoid?
Ain't digitals grand!!

Don't laugh, I usually take mine to Walgreens on Polk @ California, their photo department is right in the store, always the person who develops takes the order, and whenever I have a special request they always oblige.
