Denver over 4th of July

Over the 4th of July, our group will be attending a convention in Denver. On the 4th, we are planning a get-together for about 150 convention delegates. Dinner, drinks, and possibly dancing would be welcome elements for this event. We are staying at the Marriott Denver City Center, and the meetings are at the Convention Center. A location close to one of these places would be ideal.

Can you recommend a venue that would hold 150 people for dinner? It could be something specific to Denver, maybe something with a Western flair, or possibly a place that is known for its outstanding food. The price can't be over-the-top, but we're not working in an extremely restricted budget, either.

Also, do you have any suggestions for a band or disc jockey?
