Denver Airport Car Rental - National or Dollar
Headed to Denver later this week and renting a car at the airport. I have resevations with National for 3 days at $62.00 for a Compact Car, or Dollar for $58.00 for a Full Size Car.
Does anyone have any experience with either of these companies and the Denver airport. The big difference is car size - Compact with National (not Emerald Aisle) and Full Size with Dollar.

I generally rent from Dollar for personal use and sometimes for business, and have rented from them several times in Denver. I've always gotten Dodge or Chrysler vehicles with Dollar - Stratus, Sebring, etc. I haven't rented from National before.
At the Denver airport, I don't know that it makes a difference which place you rent with with regard to convinience. They are all on the same road and you have to take a shuttle to them.

Whichever company you use, make sure you've signed up and given your number for their frequent renter program to the reservation office. It can save a lot of valuable time picking up your car as well as returning it.

National is a little more professional in denver IMO - bigger operation, more cars, etc.
I usually priceline a vehicle in denver and it always ends up being from National / Alamo (combined operation). FWIW - you can get a much better price than what you have reserved... id say a full size could be had under $40 a day easy via priceline.
Not sure what dollar has, but national/alamo has a kiosk where you can check in without waiting in line with an agent and then you select the vehicle you want from a stock of cars in the lot - which is a nice plus.
