I've heard it's causing large sections of the beach to be off-limits. How far along are they? Is the beach in Rehoboth affected? Any web cams of that area?
Thanks

Just in Rehoboth this weekend. Most areas of the beach are unaffected and beach going was typical for the area. There was a large pipe in front of the Henlopen Hotel beach, but the section of the beach was still open, life guards just kept folks away from the pipe. I don't think they are done yet, but are operating in one block sections of beach at a time.
From this article in the New Journal looks like some think that high tide is the biggest issue. I was at the State beach at Gordons Pond and didn't notice anything out of the orindary at high tide.
