Daytona - Cape Canaveral

Any suggestions on visiting Cape Canaveral area. tours, times, etc. ? Also the Daytona Speedway...what's expected there.?

I've heard about a flea market at Daytona Beach on the weekends. Will it be going during the Christmas holidays thru New Year's?
