day spas in or near Newport RI?
Does anybody know any good day spas in or near Newport RI? I need some spa action!!

There's a big day spa in middletown, but I can't think of the name. If you do an internet search, i'm sure you can easily find it. Also, the hotel viking has a spa which is pretty nice.

The Hotel Viking is wonderful! I just had a reunion with 4 of my closest friends from college (we're all 40 now) at the Viking and it was fantastic. Ask for Mark for a massage (deep tissue). He was perfect...just the right amount of pressure on those nasty shoulder knots.
