Hello, I've never been to the receiving station in Tomah but I do believe they only run tours during harvest. Harvest traditionally begins the end of September and runs through most of October with the peak time in early to mid-October. To see the harvest in the Tomah-Warrens area take I-94 north of Tomah to the Warrens exit. If you go east on County EW about 3-4 miles you will be in the heart of some marshes. Have you tried contacting the Chamber of Commerence in the Tomah area, they may be able to give you some information on the receiving station. Hope this helps have a safe trip.
You might also be interested in the annual Cranberry Fest in Warrens, WI - I believe it is the last weekend in Sept. It's really just a giant craft show / flea market / farmers market with a cranberry theme, but it's lots of fun to see how it takes over the whole town. I know they run tours of the cranberry farms from the festival, also.
