Craft Beer & Delicious Food in Vegas

We are heading to Vegas in February and my boyfriend is very into craft beer. I am looking for recommendations of any good spots in Vegas where we can get some good beer.

Also, where should we eat? We tend to like more local, comfort food type spots, but also understand that we are in Vegas. Just wondering if anyone has any top recommendations for food too!

I can't offer restaurant suggestions, but if your friend comes across Stone Brewery Craft Beer it is fantastic! Have a fun trip!

Fat Choy is excellent for a very casual place.

Aburiya Raku is also great and might qualify as comfort food to Japanese folks.

For beer, I think the Venetian has a full-time beer sommelier at one of their bars.

Several years ago, my DW and I had a fantastic Christmas dinner at the Hofbrauhaus. We didn't have any beer even though the place is well known for their steins. http://www.hofbrauhauslasvegas.com/the-beer/
While we aere eating, there was entertainment including someone playing the alpenhorn.
The German food was excellent. As I recall it was within sight of one of 2 Hard Rock Cafe's in LV.

There's also a nice beer menu at Sage in the Aria in City Center. Actually, it's a great bar, albeit a very expensive one.

The Monte Carlo brews their own beer, I'm not sure how many types.

Just got back from a weekend in Vegas. We really enjoyed Tod English P.U.B which is *almost* connected to the Aria. By far this was the best beer selection we came across.

They had a great beer list, but I recommend you go for happy hour (3-6 or after 10) when beers are 1/2 off.

One other recommendation is the Burger Bar in the mall connected to Mandalay. They have hundreds of beers, and the burgers are pretty delicious as well.

Last Sunday I have visited Gameworks. We grabbed Burger, had couple of craft beer. They gave us a coupon of some sort for the games. along. Great place to Bowl, get a Drink, and play a few Arcade games.

If you go downtown to the Fremont Street Experience, Banger Brewing is a terrific spot and Chicago Brewing is good, too.

If you head out to see Boulder Dam, it's BoulderDamBrewing.com

there is "Sin City Brew Tour" and "BrewsCruise", you'd want to check reviews to see if either one is very good. A 4-5 hour tour might give you a nice overview, Vegas has new breweries opening every couple of months it's hard to keep track.
