What's the cost of living in Incline Village NV? Can somebody tell me the cost of all the things including accommodation, food, utilities like gas and electricity, internet, transportation etc.?
I would be staying there for 18 months.
Would 2000$ a month be enough to survive? Any tips for saving money?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

If $2000 is all you have I guess you'd better look for an inexpensive rental. Obviously, accomodation and food vary widely. I would look at an apartment rental website to see how much rentals go for. Transportation would be addressed in a municipal website I would imagine if there is any public transportation there.

One way to save money is to not spend it on dumb stuff.

I don't know anything about Lake Tahoe costs, but this is a resort area. I do not see how $24,000 per year is sufficient income. Enough to survive, yes. Is the $2000/mo income, after taxes, or your available spending money? A lot depends on your lifestyle.

Your biggest single expense will be housing. Tips for saving money: biggest one = shared housing - look on Craigslist.com for "roommate wanted", or look on CL for apartment rentals. Are you willing to drive 30miles each way from Carson City? If so, there will be lower cost housing there - it's a larger city of ~50,000, and the state capital of NV.

Transportation. Will you be renting or buying a car? If buying, you need to include insurance which can run $200/mo depending on vehicle, your age, and your driving record.

Are you including cell phone, which can run $50 to $80/mo depending on phone and data plan?

Thank you so much for all the help. Actually I will be doing my internship there for 18 months 2000$ is the stipend given by the organization. I would not have any source of income except the stipend for those 2000$ and I really really want to take up this opportunity.
Are there any part time jobs available so that I can earn some extra bucks to support myself?
I would not be buying a vehicle and would be using company or public transport.
Yes I am including a cell phone and I would like to know the charges for internet/month.

You can probably arrange for internet service for as low as about $30-40/mo (we put the $ sign before the # in the US) for a lower speed DSL service - perfectly ok for browsing, but probably not fast enough for video streaming.

Higher speed internet from either the phone company or cable TV company can run $50 or more - there are often new subscriber specials. These are often TV+internet or TV+internet+home phone bundle packages. I don't know which phone co and cable TV co's serve that area.

I live in a different state and for me it is cheaper to get internet+TV as a bundle / special offer vs straight up internet by itself. Strange, but true.

Re part time jobs - since it is a seasonal tourist area I am sure there are jobs to be had. Craigslist.com is the place to look. I see several of the ski areas are advertising for winter help.

Do you have the right to work in the US? Legally all employers are required to verify an employee's right to work, either as a US citizen/permanent resident, or with a valid work permit/visa. Whether every employer will do so is another question.

Incline has VERY expensive houses, but 'some' inexpensive rentals. Houses there cost from the high several hundreds of thousands to the very high millions. But there are also a lot of low paide tourist industry employees (waiters, casino workers, ski resort workers, etc.).

Also, the winters can be very snowy/cold so utilities are very high.

So - your best bet would be to move in with some room mates. I visit incline village several time a year but don't have to pay for my accommodations. Craig's list or just notice boards in the local supermarket will have requests for roommates/shares

Oops, also meant to add, you could also look a bit west just across the California state line like Kings Beach which will also have some rentals
