I am looking to get away for 4 days and would love to go to Maui. I remember Napili beach with great fondness and would love to return. Also, kapalua was a lovely beach. Any suggestions for accommodations that are not outrageously expensive.

Thank you for the suggestion. However, I couldn't access condos on Maui. I tried Lahaina, Napili, Kapalua on Maui and nothing appeared. Any suggestions?

Did you try via the map - I just did and it worked fine. Click on Hawaii, then Maui, then it gives you a list of towns in Maui, including Kapalau, Lahaina and Napili.
Napili Surf is one of the less expensive properties on Napili Bay that gets consistently good reviews. It's at the opposite end of the bay from Napili Kai and is family run.

We are going to Maui this Nov. Did you stay at the Napili POINT OR SURF? We are considering the POINT. Can you actuallym snorkel & swim on the beach front property?
Napili Surf has great a swimming beach. Napili Point is around the corner from the swimming beach.
I've stayed at Napili Surf twice but both times it was during April/May. Napili beach is swimmable but didn't snorkel as there was too much surf.
Their is very good snorkeling in front of Napili Kai.
Opps- "There" is good snorkeling!

As you may know, November is the approximate start of winter in Hawaii. You may find pounding surf in Napili Bay that time of year. I did. Or, you may find calm waters. If the water is too rough, head south to the beaches of Kihei/Wailea.

You can swim and snorkel just yards away from Napili Point, even in winter. Napili Bay rarely gets pounding surf. If its one of those days, then take a walk to Kapalua Bay and snorkel there
