Has the Concorde been removed from the Museum or is it just not accessible to the public anymore?

huh? http://www.intrepidmuseum.org/The-Intrepid-Experience/Exhibits/Concorde.aspx
"huh?"...????
Yes,SueNYC. I have reviewed this site. Thankyou. BUT...I only just heard this news from a fellow NY'er and was wondering if it is to make room for the Shuttle coming in June.
The space shuttle is being installed on deck. The Concorde is beside the ship. I'm also not aware that it might have been moved. I saw it week before last. Will be over there on Tuesday and will try to look.
We're leaving on Thursday so your 'reconnaissance' mission will be timely...thanks so much.
Minx, wouldn't it just be easier and most accurate for you to call the Intrepid and get the scoop directly from there? That way you can also check that there are no special events on the day you plan to go that would also get in the way of your visit. There are evening events, and even daytime ceremonies that put the whole site off limits at times.
Wondering if Doug_Stallings has anything to report from his trip to the Intrepid yesterday...Thanks
The Concorde is there where it has always been. I saw it last night. I can't tell you if it's off limits for some reason, but if that's why you are going, then it's worth a call.
Thanks Doug...the Intrepid had enough other exhibits to keep us well occupied. Mainly we just wanted to SEE the Concorde... going on it really didn't matter that much. Too bad the timing was off for the Shuttle installation. That will be awesome to see come June.
We had a great weekend and incredible weather. Many thanks for all the advice
So can you explain a bit more? Was the Concorde closed off to visitors? Did they explain why?
