Hi. Could anyone show me the best way to get to NY Chinatown from Morristown, New Jersey? I know that I can take the NJ transit to NY Penn station, is that the only way? If so, then what train should I take from Penn Station to Chinatown? I also want to visit the statue of liberty after that. Could anyone show me? Thank you very very much!

Morristown to NY Penn by NJ Transit train is the best way (unless you want to go by NJT Bus to the Port Authority Bus Terminal). One way fare is $13.00 on the NJT train.
From Penn Station exit the station from the 7th Av & 32nd St exit. Walk along 32nd St for one block to 6th Av/Broadway. Go downstairs and take the NYC Subway - Downtown N, Q or R train to Canal St. That will put you right in the heart of Chinatown.
You do realize that the Statue of Liberty is on an island in NY Harbor and you have to take a ferry from Battery Park.
To get to Battery Park from Chinatown, you can take the M5 bus and get off at Battery Park. Go into Battery Park and walk to Castle Clinton (a large round stone building). The ticket office for the ferry is inside. Or you can take the subway - at Canal St & Broadway take a Downtown R to Whitehall St-South Ferry. Exit to the street (you'll see the Staten Island Ferry terminal). Walk past the SI Ferry Terminal (going to the right) and go into Battery Park to Castle Clinton.
The subway fare is $2.50 if you buy a single fare ticket from the MetroCard Vending Machine or $2.25 if you buy a MetroCard for $4.50 or more from the machine or booth. The bus fare is $2.25 in coins or MetroCard.

The Statue of Liberty is currently closed. The best you can do is cruise past it. Several companies offer cruises. Nywatertaxi.com, nywaterway.com, statuecruises.com and all leave from different locations.
The Statue of Liberty is indeed closed as is Ellis Island (Hurricane Sandy put 75% of the island underwater). The damage was extensive. No date has been announced for re-opening.
You can cruise past Liberty Island for FREE if you take the Staten Island Ferry (the fare is free on the SI Ferry). The boats operate every 30 minutes and the trip takes about 20 minutes. If you are quick enough when you get to Staten Island you can get the next boat back to Manhattan, otherwise you'd have to wait about 30 minutes.
