Cleveland coming to Chargers-Browns game- Please Help
Will be in Cleveland three nights and staying downtown this weekend. I have read food reviews and would like locals to suggest favorite place to eat for downtown, flats, and wherehouse area. Lunch good salads and hamburgers, dinner pizza, pasta, steak and seafood, also good wine. Thanks we are hoping for our first win???

Shooters & Crabby Joes in the flats. Watermark for fancier dining.
Sushi Rock in Warehouse District.
If you drive to Ohio City, just west of downtown, The Great Lakes Brewing Co. is also quite nice.
If you are a Chargers fan, I'm sorry, but I gotta stick with my Browns!!

There are many great restaraunts in the area. My opinion... skip the Flats all together. The Watermark was the only decent place left and it just announced that it is closing its doors this weekend. The warehouse district has great places, but it can get pricey. I recommend The Chop house, Metropolitan Cafe, Mallorca, Sushi Rock and the Blue Point. The Blue Point is my favorite (serves seafood and some steaks). For a more relaxed atmosphere, the Winking Lizard by Gund Arena is a nice sports bar. Hope this helps. And I have to add my two cents... Go Browns. Have fun
