we are staying in st pete beach at tradewinds and have friends that will be staying at the hilton on clearwater beach. Does anyone have a good estimate of what the driving time will be between the two hotels?

I don't have a definate answer for you but it does not take long...I'm guessing 30-40 min? Maybe someone else has better info. Actually, I saw your other post and wanted to say we went deep sea fishing while at Clearwater Beach and had a great time. There is a round-about in Clearwater Beach with a marina beside Crabby Bills Restauant. You can just walk the marina and select a boat with captain. Then Crabby Bills will prepare your catch (if you want them to) for you for a decent price while you sip tall cool stuff. There are a lot of good places to visit between Clearwater Beach and St Petes, marinas, restaurants, etc.
