Cinque terre

We are visiting Cinque Terre in Sept with friends one of whom uses a wheel chair and are hoping to have a day touring the coast by boat. Where is the best place to pick up the boat and where would we be best stopping off to have lunch ie the best place to spend some time where there is a selection of accessible restaurants.

How long does the round trip take (excluding lunch )

Any tips appreciated.

Thanks

There should be a website for Cinque Terre about accessible places. It is a national park, I think. What town are you staying in? Not an easy place for a wheelchair--- One town (I forget the name) is at the bottom of the cliffs so that would probably be ok. There were some great restaurants there. The largest town would also be ok. Otherwise, as you know, quite a few hills! Have wonderful time!!

Vernazza is the one on the bottom (I believe) and has some nice restaurants. Gombero Rosso was one of my favs. It's been a number of years since I was there but I remember them having amazing fritini (fried little bread strips).
