I believe Greyhound has this service, however from the looks of the time these buses take, you're better off taking a bus from the main stations in NYC and Boston. The buses between the Chinatowns seems to be about 11 hours and transfers 2 times. Not worth it when you can be there in 4 hours going through main stations.

aquaman - There is a lot of info on this website http://www.ivymedia.com/ - I have never used it personally but have a co-worker who does all the time and seems pleased with it.

I did it once and it was great. But the service we used apparently doesn't do this route anymore. And our Taiwanese friend who arranged the tickets for us doesn't think much of the other company that runs the buses. See the article at boston.com about some of the problems. Confirmed what my friend believed.

Here's a site with an overview and a bunch of links. Greyhound has had to respond to this competition with some pretty good rates, so don't forget to check them, too.
